The delivery time is about six to eight working weeks plus freight time, from the date your order is received at Wedholms. Delivery terms are FCA Wroclaw Incoterms 2010 and general terms and conditions are according to Orgalime S 2012, unless otherwise specified.
We offer a one-year warranty on our milk cooling tanks. The warranty period applies from the date of invoicing.

To enable quick and efficient handling of your claim, please make sure to send us a complete claims form and to attach all necessary documents.
If you are not able to use the online report, you can download the warranty report as PDF here and send it to us by e-mail to warranty@wedholms.se. Please note that handwritten statements should be avoided as this makes our handling more difficult.
