Lieferung und Garantie
Die Lieferzeit variiert je nach aktueller Auftragslage, Produktionskapazität und Produktausführung. Eine vorläufige Lieferzeit wird mit der Auftragsbestätigung angegeben und kann sich ändern.
Die Lieferbedingungen lauten FCA gemäß Incoterms 2010. Sofern nichts anderes vereinbart wurde, gelten die allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gemäß Orgalime S 2012. Wir gewähren auf unsere Tanks und unser Zubehör eine Garantie von einem Jahr ab Rechnungsdatum.
Warranty & claims
At Wedholms, we work hard at all stages to ensure a perfect product quality. However, there can of course always be mistakes and we offer a one-year warranty on our milk cooling tanks. The warranty period applies from the date of invoicing. Below you can read more about our warranty regulations and also send us your claim directly online. To enable quick and efficient handling of your claim, please make sure to send us a complete claims form and to attach all necessary documents.
If you are not able to use the online report, you can download the warranty report as PDF here and send it to us by e-mail to warranty@wedholms.se. Please note that handwritten statements should be avoided as this makes our handling more difficult.
